How does a repair work?

You find your component and submit a repair request. You then send us the faulty unit, well packed. We test it, diagnose the fault and prepare a repair quote. Once you approve it we carry out the repair, test the unit and send it back working.

How long does a repair take?

That depends on the component and the fault. Standard repairs are usually done within a few working days. For more complex cases we tell you the expected timescale.

What information should I include?

For a fast, accurate diagnosis we need the OEM or part number, as detailed a fault description as possible, full contact details and, where relevant, additional components such as keys, immobiliser or ring antenna.

What does a repair cost?

Many repairs have a fixed price known in advance. If the fault is not clear-cut we prepare a cost estimate after testing, and you then decide whether to go ahead.

Do you repair parts that are not in the catalogue?

We specialise in electronic vehicle components. Even when a part is not explicitly listed, a repair is often still possible — get in touch and ask.

Most of our customers never meet us — that is rather the point. The part travels; you do not.

Enquire
Send us the make, the component and what it is doing wrong. The more precise, the faster the diagnosis.
Send it in
Remove the unit, pack it firmly, include the repair order. At least 5 cm of padding on every side.
Testing and quote
We test the component and tell you the price. Nothing is repaired until you approve it.
Back in the vehicle
After a function test the unit is packed and sent back to you with tracking.
